Outdoor Labourer / Horticultural Farm Worker – Cattal, York

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Location: Cattal, near York
Pay: £12.21ph overtime after 39 hours at £16.05ph

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Horticultural Farm Worker / Outdoor Labourer to join our team based in Cattal. This is a hands-on, outdoor role working in all weather conditions, so you’ll need to enjoy being outside and not be afraid of physical work.

Duties include:

• General horticultural and farm labouring tasks

• Planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting

• Assisting with maintenance of grounds and equipment

• Supporting daily operations across the site

Requirements:

• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers

• Good physical fitness and attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

• Own transport desirable due to rural location
